• If coming from another ROM or another major AOKP version, wipe data in recovery
• Make sure you're using the latest CWM or TWRP
• Flash ROM
• Flash Google Apps (GAPPS)
• Reboot

Updated 6/29 version is VERY smooth with no FC's. STRONGLY recommend you stay on the included Kernel as Bytecode will update his Kernel soon. Once a post-N36 Kernel is available from Bytecode, it will likely be the Kernel of choice for this ROM. It's pretty darn solid w/o it, so no need to wait!!
