Flashed this last night and it seems to be running great so far. Love the screen off animation!

Boot animation is pretty sweet too.

I just applied the Honeycomb theme to it. Should I apply the apps theme that goes with it, or it is outdated by now?

What launcher do you guys prefer with GPA14? I've been mostly using ADW up until now, but the most recent update seems to have broken it for me. LauncherPro is fast and smooth, but it doesn't have enough customization options, particularly with changing the homescreen icons. Playing around with Go Launcher today and it seems pretty slick, though I hate it's app drawer and that big ugly yellow box that's used as the icon selector every time you open an app. Wish I could combine my favorite features of each into one perfect launcher. Am I missing something with LauncherPro? Is there a way to change the icons?

What kind of issues are you having with ADW? I'm using it and I have no issues.

The app drawer was getting severe lag with the most recent update after I wiped clean, applied GPA14 and then installed ADW EX. I was getting boot loops over and over so I wiped clean and did it all over again with the same result. 3rd time I did it I applied LauncherPro instead and it's running 100% smooth atm.

I did notice the bootloop. Weird. I had accredited it to the kernel and swapped to a lower speed. Guess the kernel was not at fault. Today I noticed the bootloops again, with the newer kernel. Stinks because I like ADW.

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I want to go from Bugless Beast 0.6.2.1. I will have to wipe my data and cache right? If I am understanding correctly, restoring an app from a backup program is not a goot idea after going to GPA14. Is there any way I can restore something like a game data save after wiping? I would hate to lose game saves that I have spent a lot of time on....

Use titanium backup to backup your game data. Then when you go to restore your game, install it from the market as usual, then use titanium backup to restore ONLY the DATA for the game.

You should still be able to do a battery pull and boot into recovery and try to flash something else or do a restore from a backup.

If that doesn't work, boot into the bootloader and sbf back to stock.
