This is my last time I flash a Gingerbread Rom. If this can't be stable in every way I want it to, I'm going back to Froyo Headfreezes.

How did you root? Some 1-click software or booting into recovery and flashing an update.zip?

If you already know how to boot into recovery and flash an update.zip it's the same process.

ive only been running this for about an hour now, but everything is really smooth.
and for the first time in a LONG time, im using the stock launcher instead of LPP or ADW and i may keep it that way.

    Thanks for this Pete!
Beta 3 was doing well I'll give this the rundown over the next few days.

Had a bit of a scare... I flashed RZR just before this and used RZR to install for the first time and got hung during the install. I had to pull the battery to un freeze. Booted back into RZR and selected install again and it breezed right through. First boot was a long one but I've re-booted several times and it's doing fine now.

    Thanks.
Wiped 3 times and flashed again. This time it went to the Eye and then back to the "DROID" logo once, and then booted up. Seems fine for now.
