    No problem here.

Don't install nextheme, it won't work. Wait for 0.4 release.

So is the startup wizard included or not? Some ppl are saying there apps are snycing now some aren't. This shld def be included in the build. Maybe a script to turn it on/off,

One more thing. Can some knowlegble explain to me how to properly install this. I never had more problems with BB until the 2.2 builds came out. I made several threads with all the problems I'm having from v03. My gps not working to duplicate icons in my drawer, etc. So if someone can explain the most effecient way to install this pls let me know. I don't care what I have to wipe to get bb to work.

CM is the only rom that shows me love but I started w/ bb so I wanna stay.

    Thx guys.

You sir are a schmuck. In the early 80s there was a reading program called RIF. I highly suggest looking into it. There may still be hope for you.

Does this new build add anything new in terms of functionality (customizable car home) or obvious performance improvement? Just trying to determine whether to update..

    Pete!

F'g WOW! I'm only on this about 1/2 hour but so far, wow! I have not been wowed by a ROM in a long time. Thank you. Even the launcher is not sluggish, at least not yet. Great job! Thank you!!

Neither of these have anything to do with you but there are two froyo issues.
    1. I downloaded a bunch of videos from crackberry.com some time ago (my first videos post). Anyway, about a third of them that used to work do not play on any froyo ROM that I have tried.

    2. xScope web browser in landscape keyboard bounces up and down while you are typing.

Maybe you could work your magic.

Also, I wish you would let froyo auto restore the apps from market. OK I'm going back to play with the new rom.

ARE there any changes that are noticeable between .4 and the .2?

Besides being a newer build, is anyone actually noticing a change? What is working that was not working before? Is there a benchmark difference that someone can post.. etc?

Of course I mean anything beyond the ChangeLog which isn't anything that I might notice.

I think it simply means that experimental features exist and it is unknown how they will function on the majority of the phones that attempt to run v0.4.

First time trying to root from stock 2.1 to this. Installed rsdlite and sprecovery per the 2.1 to 2.2 guide and getting "E:update.zip install blocked" Argh! Any ideas? Thanks.

Make sure you are running RSD Lite on your pc as an ADMINISTRATOR. Other wise it will fail.
