Eh, unfortunately the battery calibration doesn't work for me. It won't boot without the battery at all. I wonder if this is because I'm using a USB charger? That could be the reason since I don't have a wall charger

the PE v3 kernels work best on my phone (i've tried CorCor, PE v4, and Chevy), but the Wifi won't work with the v3 kernels - any ideas for a work around??

The corcor v3 broke my bluetooth, but v4 kernels worked, and Chevys LV is working on mine. Also give the deprimed kernel a shot.

It's only been a few days, but PE 6.5 may finally join PE 4.2 as my off and on daily ROM.

Not sure what project elite does differently than all the other devs, but keep it up! My OG needs to last a few more months ;)

Wow, different strokes... I use the corcor v3 800LV and bluetooth works just like any other kernel I've tried. This kernel is fast, cool, and gives me great battery life.

Longtime lurker. Like 4.2 this is a true "flash and forget" rom. Corcor 1000LV is a battery sipper. I have it throttled down to 700 but I enable WIFI, GPS by default, display set to auto, and no CLI or script tweaks . Unplugged from charger 7hrs ago and I'm at 90%.

    Great job!

Couldnt you just charge your battery to 100% and go to recovery, wipe battery stats, unplug charger, drain your battery until it shuts off, and re-charge to full. Thats what i do to calibrate my battery after i install a new rom

Chevy's kernels worked pretty well on my phone, but i think i was having some bluetooth issues. if it wasn't for wifi issue, the PE v3 kernel was phenomenal!!

also, my web browser (Opera) worked flawlessly on the PE v3 - with the others, i got lots of FC's and lag loading pages and jumping to links.

I just noticed the link in the OP for the inverted themed gtalk points to the unlockfix.zip, not the PE_Gtalk.zip. I copied the url and changed the file name from unlockfix.zip to pe_gtalk.zip and got the correct file.

I installed the correct zip and my Gmail is still having the white background and not inverted.

I installed a theme over the default 6.5 so I am not sure if that might be a cause. Any ideas?
