rom problem

I have a droid x and am running rubix focused and there is no back up for it. I tried downloading roms from rom manger nd it wont let me install a triangle with exlamtion point pop out with the android guy then it just reboots to the rubix agian.i dont where rubix was downloaded from i tried wipe cache and factory reset but still gose back to rubix focused what should i do to go back to motoblur thanks for the help!
