I just wish it had a digital readout of the remaining battery charge.

Is anyone else having issues with Corporate Email? I can't get it setup. I tried rebooting, but no help.

Does 3g after call work? Doese geolocation work? Do lights work? Are there overclocked gingerbread kernels for it?

sent from my rooted nook color

3g works or did for me for a few calls and then after one outgoing call it disappeared and didn't come back. I backed up the rom at that point and went back to another till it gets sorted out. Might have been a fluke but need the phone and other stuff too much today to mess with it

3G after calls has worked perfectly for me. Geolocation has worked for all of the weather widgets I have tried. I just slid out the keyboard and the backlights work. AAAAAAAND I have RaidZero's kernel clocked at 1100MHZ so far and it's flying. I highly recommend this ROM. Great work Pete.

Nevermind. I think it was putting in and extra o in com when trying to setup, got it working.

This ROM is pretty clean. I love it. I have had some trouble with it going to 3G after on wifi, but that is about all of the problems. Noticed that the unlock screen is the old one when the keyboard is slid out, but I don't think Gingerbread has been on a keyboard phone yet.

This ROM pushed me over the edge and I decided to Root yesterday. Froyo laggyness just made me almost hate my phone. This has been running smoother than that sofar, plus now I can overclock if desired (still a little hesitant), and wireless tether!

I've been running it for a day now. I've overclocked using the jdfg 1100/300 Mhz ROM and use setCPU. The stock launcher was decent though a bit laggy. I tried Launcher Pro Plus which has never played well with my Droid. Again, it didn't play well with it. Just one of those things. I installed ADW Launcher which has always been smooth on my AI. ADW works most excellent.

One of the music apps I use is AudioGalaxy. It seems to skip quite a bit. This could be the deal breaker. If I can't figure out what's up with that then I'll revert back to CM.

Quadrant score seems to be pretty consistant between 1000 and 1100. That's a bit off of the 1100-1300 I got running CM6.2. Again though, I've only been running it for a day. It'll likely speed up as I use it and get things dialed in.

I like vanilla. IMO this is an excellent ROM. Thanks for making it, Peter!

I've run several of the GB roms, but found all of them so far to bog down my Droid. Pete's GB has run the best of all, then after flashing his recommended 1Ghz kernel (link on his site peteralfonso.com), its running really smooth.

Does 3g after call work any better with the custom kernel? Does anyone have expeience with this? I've been running stock since yesterday and LOVE this GB. 3g after call, screen wake up and music skipping with web play are the bugs I've seen 1st hand so far. I'm by no means b*tching but would like to knock out last few bugs so I can be done flashing for a bit.

Far as I can figure, everything works. Pete has an extraordinary understanding of the Droid. I've tried all the gb Tom's and none of them are ready for primetime... till now. This is everyday rom stable. It lacks the goodies I've become attached to with Bugless, but that'll come soon enough. This is fast, stable, and is full blown gingerbread. Yay Pete.

Actually... not quite everything works... the ONE problem that every gingerbread rom has troubles with is wired tether, going to tethering in settings FCs, you need an app from the market to tether :(

I gave this a shot. I am having trouble with the GPS. GPS gets started by "an" app and then won't sleep. Then maps, cardio trainer, compass etc can't find and use the GPS until the phone is restarted.
I also seem to be missing some phone calls but haven't made that many yet to nail it down.
GPS and Phone?data is the only things holding me back from using it daily.
a few apps not working with GB and Swift Key runs slow currently.
