Ultimate droid 8.0 is now available via ROM Manager. I noticed that you had to buy the donate version to get t. not sure if there is another way or not.

The only way to get it through the ROM manager is to pony up the money for the paid version of ROM Manager.

although you can still download the ROM's and place them on your card for free.

How have you not heard of ROM Manager by now? Lol it's been all over the forums for the past couple weeks I'd say.

The developer Koush, compiled CyanogenMod for the Droid (finally we have CyanogenMod!!) from Cyanogen's source. Koush developed an app to get this ROM (very similar to DMUpdater), and now, Koush has created a way for any and all the devs to incorporate their own ROMs in his ROM Manager application :D via a section called KangMod (LOL) in the app itself so you can enjoy OTA updates of all your favorite ROMS!! :D

Again with the money issue. I am sure that Koush or who every created the app is giving a cut to the developers. That is the reason you have to have the paid version.
