Rom Manager says running 10.29 even though not

My rom manager says i'm running 10.29 even though I should be running 11.19 because I can theme and stuff. any idea why it says this or if i actually am running 11.19?

I looked at the build.prop, it looks like they just forgot to update that value. Nothing to worry about.
