So i rooted my phone and used ROM manager to install BB1.1 and everything went perfectly fine and dandy and i love my phone now. So i talked my bro into rooting his phone like mine and he was all for it. He followed the exact same steps as i did and downloaded BB1.1 from ROM manager but when it goes to install the ROM it always aborts at the end. I restored to the backup and try to install a different ROM, same thing happens.

I dont remember exactly what it says, but something to the effect of:

.../clockwork
bad
Install aborted

Any ideas of how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Hmm... try clearing the download cache in Rom Manager and downloading the ROM again. I got that error message once with gapps... the download stopped prematurely, and when I tried to install the ROM that I was going to apply the gapps to, I got that error message and booted up with no gapps. Clearing download cache and starting the download all over again should work.

I get

"An error occurred while attempting to run privileged commands!"
