So i recently rooted my Droid 1 and i just downloaded a ROM. First i downloaded Cyanogenmod. Everything worked until it was at the loading screen when you first turn on your phone. It loaded for like a good 3 and a half minutes and then it just reset. So i went to my backup and restored it and tried a different one, Lithiummod, same thing happened, went to my backup and restored it, and then i went to kangerade, same thing happened. Now im starting to think im doing something wrong. Please help. (P.S. i have a SD-ext)

Did u wipe data and cache in clockwork before u flashed the ROM's?? That is almost a must. And the first time they load it will take a lot longer to load. My suggestion scrap doing it through clockwork, to skechy.
Put the ROM on ur SD card using ur comp, then load it that way, select "install from SD card" find ur ROM, and install that way

I wouldn't delete it unless u want more space. I still use the "fix permissions" option frequently.....that's just me though.

And a suggestion on ROM's chevys simply stunning 5.1 is amazing!
