Pete is burning out my USB cable. I just flashed 7.6 last night, now I have 7.8 available to me? Having to work for a living sucks sometimes. lol

Well you better get used to it, if you like Petes ROMs, because since the 30th of January I've seen at least 7 of his ROMS, from 7.2 to 7.7 and 2.1 and its been a wild ride! And it hasn't even been 30 days yet! and now on to 7.8. :icon_ banana:

Version 0.7.8 (Benchmarks back to 150ms)
-Removed JIT (way to unstable but it was fun!)
-Edited build.prop to mirror the official 2.1 build.prop
-Fixed issues with signal (sorry it took so long)

I already disabled JIT on mine and my signal is the best it has ever been so I think I'll stick with 7.7 for now. :)

7.7 was buggy but I love this 7.8!....I still have root. It seems as stable as 7.6 so far, even with the Live wallpapers.

0.7.7 had JIT enabled. That is what called all the buggyness of 0.7.7. He disabled it in 0.7.8 which lowered the bench back down to 150, but disabled JIT making it alot more stable. He also made it possible to download live wallpapers from the market with 0.7.8.

I wonder what Bench will be down too by the time Droid has run it's course. :icon_eek: We are already down, what, an average of ~320ms over stock? How much farther can this go...
