proximity sensor during phone calls??
yup. i called myself twice from my work phone. put the phone to my face, display turned off. pull it away, display turns on. works like normal and like it should. i never had that issue though with any of the GPA builds.
well hot dam... I'll see if anyone else has it working/not working...
6/26 is fantastic. Nearly no lag with the camera now too Auto-brightness is still... not good, lol
New beta is up, the only change is in regards to automatic brightness: https://github.com/peteralfonso/pla...mmit/c6938d043d8526965495dfbf5e2978eff38cdc02
Trying the 6/27 build now. Seems to respond better to brightness changes, I'll see how it goes.
i will flash to it and try it too
is this a newer version of the 6/27 build?
holy crap i hope so.
i think it is beacsue my proximity sensor for calls is now working
Just a followup, all the issues I had in 6/20 release have been resolved in the 6/26 release:
*Camera lag appears to be gone.
*App drawer lag gone.
*Coming out of sleep lag gone.
This release is flying for me as of now. I'll update if I run into anything on the 6/26 release.
Thanks again Pete!
Pete. You are very close on auto brightness
I have confirmed it will go from dark room setting to bright. (Went ffrom a dark room to the sunshine). But it won't darken once I go back to the dark room. Its halfway there buddy!!
This was done with the screen staying on so I could see it change. The keyboard lights worked from dark to light to dark though.
Very very close!
