I think my pin and wallpaper issues were directly related to Google Music. I've uploaded 20000 songs and when it fully syncs and fills the db the app becomes pretty big and eats up space. I guess with no space, no room to make changes.

Not too sure if its the phone or Verizon, however every so often I'll lose 3G coverage and when I go to make a call it wont dial out and I lose reception. It may just be Verizon since I'm still on an Alltel calling plan with the Droid phone, however going to have it checked out by a guy I know at Verizon and see, also I am on the 6.18 version.

I reviewed the list of requirements for posting bugs, and feel comfortable making a post here.

    Here's what I'm finding:

-slight delay when waking phone (others have noted)
-no sound on first call after flashing -- needed to reboot (again, others noted this)
-i am experiencing a lot of skips when listening to music. thought maybe it was the new music app, but i tried winamp and got it there too, although to a lesser extent.

this occurred on my way home from work, so the phone was hooked up to a bluetooth unit, and was in a car dock -- if that means anything.

Well... 6.18 build was a bit disappointing today.
Screen wake up and transitions way too laggy and From a fully charged battery @ 7AM I was down to 15% by 4-4:30 when normally I have 50-70% remaining @ 6-7 PM when I get home. Didn't use the phone any more than I normally would during the day.
There was also stuttering during ringtones and notifications... never checked other things like MP3 playback for the stuttering.

New beta is up. COMPLETELY reworked the kernel, the wake up lag is gone as well as the stuttering with ringtones and notifications. Also this is clocked back to the default of 600MHz, take that Motorola! dancedroid

Totally different, this kernel will most likely be my V3 kernels:

    USB Debugging

Why when Droid is plugged into a computer, it is not showing the USB Debugging in notification bar, ? is this a bug? I basically have to go in and make sure that its on.

Man, wow, Google should hire Pete! This is running so damn smooth it's like melted butter on a baby's butt! I always re-install a lot of my apps manually just so I can be sure it's not just the clean install that's running smooth because often once you've installed enough apps the lag returns but so far it's running very smooth even with my most commonly used apps installed. So far I'm not seeing any glitches; USB Debug works. Of course if anything does go haywire I'll post it. Screen redraw is working great, most of the time I don't even see missing icons on the home screen; depends on how much multi-tasking I'm doing but still a nice snappy redraw. Played 3D Pool Master Pro and it wasn't as laggy as with previous build and after exiting I didn't experience any lag with the phone. :woot:

So far so good, hope to put 1.1ghz kernel soon if you are going to make one. But no lag problems yet, was on phone for 2hours no 3g drop. Everything is smooth and fast. I also install apps manually to make sure everything is good. Will post back if I have problems.

Thanks for the hard work pete!!!!
