Spending a "dumb question" chit here, maybe....are the cool screen transitions in this ROM the current stock Android transitions, or were they added by you Fab, or from another Dev?

I haven't run anything close to stock/blur on my D2 in so long (was on Fission for months) that I'm not sure what's "normal" for the Blur ROMs these days...

Nope these animations came straight from fab himself.

Awesome...hate to admit how superficial I am, but that's one of my favorite parts of this ROM. ;-)

Great work, Fab! Earned your name...

Yeah, it can be turned off via the toolbox. Goodies->Toggle boot animation->Turn off THX sound.

Widget locker gives you both. Sadly a 2 dollar fee is required but I think it is worth it!

I was hoping for an option to have lockscreen be just the security pattern and no slider. Is that possible?

I don't think there is a way to do that since you can't disable sliders themselves.

You still get this error, even after updating to 1.4.1?

OP says: Current Toolbox Version: 1.0.6 (2/21/11) - run 'updatetb' to update

Where do I run updatetb from?

Second question...I'm on 1.4.0 - when I upgrade to 1.4.1, will I lose my customizations made using Toolbox (setting to Blur gallery, Blur Email client, etc.?

Thanks.

after i upgraded to 141 is when it started i never had any problem on 140
and i was trying a couple different themes so im not sure if that caused it but ill keep you updated on it
the themes were thirdeye heres a link tgwaste ported it over http://www.droidsite.net/thirdeye.apex.v1.4.0.d2.zip
and BWC which i was running on 140 also
