By what seemed to be a strange fluke, the Motorola RAZR HD along with several other devices received a bootloader unlock. This paved the way for tons of development on this device. The Carbon Rom has been ported over to the RAZR HD by "Somber73". There are already nightly builds being released for the Droid Razr HD. Carbon is an AOSP rom so you will loose any of the Motorola Blur features once it is installed. With this Rom you get Carbon Rom settings which allows for all kinds of customizations. Even though the rom is not officially supported by Team Carbon there are enough tweaks and mods to speed up your device and provide extra functionality and customization. So far everything appears to be working with this rom and nothing has been reported as not working. If you would like to give Android 4.3 a shot on your RAZR HD head to the link below.
