The Market usually goes up the last year of a Presidential term and falls when a new President is elected. It's like "you know what you have, not what you're going to get".

yeah they were talking about opening a graphite mining op when I started looking into them, they recently had good news so I waited for them to drop just wish I'd of had more money to put into it.
