I created a ringtone from an mp3 song in Ringdroid. The selection was about 1 minute in length and I saved as "ringtone" and then as default ringtone.

When I try it out, it shortens the length to 15 seconds. Is this the default length? Is there a way around this?

15 seconds is definitely not default length, any ringtone I make is as long as I make it. Maybe delete it and try again. It will be under Media>audio>ringtones.

OK, I think I figured out the problem. My voice mail is set up so that an incoming call gets kicked into voice mail after 15 seconds.

Is there a way to change this in voice mail settings thru Verizon?
