Ring or Vibrate

Im on the fire department and get my calls via text message. Is it possible to set the phone up so it will ring when these calls come in and vibrate for all other calls. Dont wanna get woke up all night long with normal texts.

Try using zedge, its in the market. Download ringtone of your choice and when you go to chane the notification it will ask if you want to zedge or android. Select zedge and then select your downloaded ringtone.

Might help if you used the words "calls" and "rings" specifically for phone calls to avoid confusion. Notifications are used for text message alerts. Ringtones are just for phone calls.
