rezound status screen is blank

I have tried searching to see if other have this problem but have not found anything. If I go to settings > software update >status it is blank except for code which has a zero. In addition when I try to check new from this screen it says it is checking and then the message goes away. It never indicates that there are no new updates. Is my phone operating correctly? I know my incredible did not act this way. BTW I have tried multiple factory resets to try and fix the 4 g issues I am having and this has never changed.

If you never got an update, then maybe the status screen is not an issue.

My rezound has the exact same blank status screen and always has, but when I check for updates it acts normal and I get the "no new software" message
