Can I return a phone that I ordered online from verizon to a verizon store?

u can exchange it in store but if ur returning then has to be returned via fedex

Believe you'd have to go through the website. They should give you a free fedex shipping thing though....i think.

You can bring it to the store. Just make sure you have everything with you, including the receipt that was included in the box. I just did this a few days ago and had no problems.

True. But if you're doing an exchange I'd say do it by phone. The store can be a hassle.
