Retrieving purchased apps...

I have been searching around for a few days for a solution to this and I feel like there maybe isn't one yet, or nobody knows so I will try here...I lost my Droid X(rough Saturday night), ordered the new X2 which I was planning on doing anyways. I had a few purchased apps that I can't find out how to re-download. The Marketplace help center says go to My Downloads in the Marketplace however there is no such place at least on my phone, the closest thing is the my apps option which only shows what I have downloaded onto this phone not what has been purchased under the account. I'd rather not re-purchase apps I paid for a week ago.

Did you relog in with the same gmail ?

My downloads is Open Market App>>Menu

Yes same account...Menu key gives me: My apps(see above), search, settings, help.
