I was told to hold and drag my one touch contact short cut from the home screen if I wanted to change the contact. It just got rid of the whole thing. How can I get it back and what do I do if I want to change the contacts?

I'm afraid you're going to have to manually enter that contact. The correct way to edit a contact is to open the contact, menu button, then select edit.

This is the contact shortcut on the home screen. It comes with 4 one touch quick dial set ups. I wanted to change the contact that I entered and replace with a different contact. Now I only have 3 one touch quick dials. Would like to get it back.
