I backed up my old texts and need an address from an old text. I had sent the backup to my email. Anyone know how to bring them back to new phone?

The app SMS Backup & Restore allows you to backup and then view the texts you backed up. Is this the one you use? My backup file begins with SMS-the date-.XML. If so, download from the email to your SD card, start the SMS Backup & Restore app (you may have to go into the apps settings to change the directory where you put your backup file) and use the app to 'View' the texts that were backed-up. That's the only app I have used to backup texts (it doors not backup MMS or pictures-videos)
Sent from my ADR6350 using DroidForums

I forwarded the email with texts to my gmail associated with phone, when clicking attachment it says "sorry, we are unable to retrieve the document for viewing or you dont have permission to view the document". Any suggestions?
