    I'm getting a replacement X today.

Over clocking has proved the hardware isn't very consistent.

I was wondering if there would be any problems making a backup threw clockworkmod recovery then rooting the new phone and restoring backup?

Or should I just start fresh and go that way?

    Thanks!

I can't say for sure... but a backup from one phone would have to have a lot of the data and stuff removed... which defeats the purpose of doing a nandroid backup. You don't want the databases to be corrupt from information based on the other phones id.

    Somebody else...?
