U can restore any roms, and backip any roms.
You need to wipe everything (data, cache, etc.) AFTER a backup than restore ur froyo rom

Thanks I an out dove hunting waiting yolk we are allowed to shot and am going to show my cousin a crapple fanboy different roms on the phone like cm7 and miui that I have backed up.
