Reply with text when ignoring call

I posted this thread on 3/16 in the tech,bug,etc forum with no responses. I don't mean to be a pest.
When I receive a call, I swipe the red slider to the left to ignore the call and for a second the list of texts come up, but only for a second. It is too fast for me to tap on a choice, so it sends the caller to the voicemail which is normal I think. Is there a setting I'm missing? Am I the only one using this feature?

Probably an app(s) causing the bug. The list should stay for a bit.

I'm gonna start with removing screen mode widget. I don't use it very often , but it is on the screen.

Welp, went into safe mode and it works. So now I have to start the process of elimination of a possible rogue app. Or can something be on the auto-end list in task manager that shouldn't be?

Solved. I have Not Call Log which I bought when I first got the OG droid. I unticked incoming call action and all is well. :icon_ lala:
