Hi there. My droid is rooted, stock 2.1, and I use one of Chevy's OC'd kernels and SetCPU.

I want to try out one of these stock 2.2 ROMs - but with me using a different Kernel, not sure what route to go or how to go about it.

That said - what is the general consensus on what stock Froyo ROM to go for? I have been getting a decent amount of FC's (especially on bootup) and some general inconsistencies. Kinda want a fresh start and thought I should just dive in for Froyo. Also pretty sure the Kernel is what is causing my FC's, etc... and thought if I was going to be replacing that and doing the trial and error thing with a new kernel, I should go with a new ROM too.

    thanks!
