Replace SIM card or not

I recently bought an S4, Verizon model, and was having issues with it powering on and off. It would reboot randomly so I contacted Samsung and sent it in for repair. They replaced the PBA and sent it back. Before I power it back up I wonder if I should replace the SIM card that I originally used. I don't know if it even makes a difference. The SIM was used previously for 2 years in my Galaxy Nexus. Any thoughts or suggestions, thanks in advance.

SIM cards can "go bad" and many times they are the cause of some strange problems. I never really experienced any but when I upgraded to my s4 a few months ago Verizon gave me a new SIM card anyway.

I'd attempt to reformat the card - it could recover just fine.

Try at the computer in a card reader adaptor.

Thanks. I went back to Verizon and they gave me a new card. Phone has worked flawlessly since getting it back from Samsung.
