Removing locking on start-up screen

How can I just turn on my phone and go to the Home page or the last area I was in without having to always unlock the main screen?

Settings > security > lockscreen and select none

I tried that..went to Settings>Location&Security>Set Up screen Lock>None

nothing happened?

So setting you're lock screen to none didn't disable your lockscreen? It may require you to reboot to see the change that's often the case so try setting it to none and rebooting
