Is there any possible way to remove bloatware from the s4 without having to root the phone? I only ask since my previous phone the s3 I had gotten rooted & simply went to backup everything (so I thought) and as soon as I touched the screen the whole thing went dead, it wouldn't charge, turn on, etc. I'd hard bricked anyways in the end it was cheaper to pay $300 to terminate the contract and then get a new s4 with the galaxy gear as a promotion at boxing day sale's, so the point is I'm terrified to get it rooted & screw it up again because my wife would kill me if I broke another one. I really hate all these apps that I'll never use taking up space both on hard drive and on screen, thanks Phil.

No.

You can hid the apps but not physically remove them.
