I have searched around and found a few listings on this but nothing for what im using. I have BB v0.3 w/smoked glassdancedroid I am wanting to be able to remove the clock in the upper right hand corner of the notification panel. I use beautiful widgets so really have no need for it and would love to get rid of it and free up some space on the panel. Sorry for the noob question and this may not be something I can do but would really love to and with all the other stuff you can do I would imagine this is possible.... any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sorry this might not even be the right section to post this in but Droid forums seems to have the best information to me so I think anywhere would at least point me in the right direction.

I've been looking for the same thing for BB v.04.

You can try this update.zip. I found it in another thread here, but I don't remember where. It worked for me with BB.03, but it's not working for BB.04.

Thanks, but I've tried this and it doesn't work on Froyo 2.2 roms. I haven't found anything yet that works on Bugless Beast v .04 - the above update.zip only works on BB v .03.

I want to completely remove the clock because I'm using a widget for the clock and the status bar clock is just wasting space in the status bar, so changing the font to "hide" it will still be wasting that space.

I think the services.jar in the update.zip needs to be edited to work with the new rom, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that.
