I have 2 Google and 1 Corporate Account set up on my phone. The 2 Problems I was having was:
1) Couldn't create a calendar event under my main Google account - but the other 2 could.
2) My Picasa/G+ gallery was showing up even though sync was unchecked.
So I removed my primary G account and made my secondary one the "backup". Then immediately re-added my primary and lo-and-behold: Both problems were problems no longer.
It's been syncing over a strong wi-fi for about 10 minutes now, so I'd like to think it's permanent. But if anyone is having any account related issues, it might be worth a shot?
