Remove superuser post unroot?

Quick question as I just unrooted my D3. Must I have root in order to uninstall superuser? Never loaded a custom rom just froze apps but this is the only sign from what I can tell that says "hello I was rooted".

GNex tomorrow and this phone will become my wifes.

If you return to stock by using the SBF file, it should clean everything, Superuser too. How did you unroot your phone?
