I really hope you used safe strap! If so just load safe strap or boot strap, toggle " safe system" then reboot. You should then be back on your stock rom. You should of had safe strap before flashing rom. As long as u used safe strap or boot strap ur and flased the ics rom on the safe system if not. I hope u have a backup of your stock rom. Write back and let me know. Myself or somebody should be able to help.

The above will work only if you installed Safestrap before you put ICS on.

And as he asked, what recovery are you using?

What kind of phone do u have? I can send you a link for the stock rom. If u have a bionic im pretty sure it can be recovered.

Your profile says Droid 3, so assuming that is the phone you want to go back to "stock" on....

This has the info to flash your phone back to out of the box stock. You'll have to reactivate the phone, set everything up again as though you just unboxed it and of course re-root it.

You need to load the gapps zip file to have market and Gmail etc.
