Thanks...going to try 2.1 now but just moved to Froyo and no need to deodex, yet
Thanks! That was it. Now to experiment some more .
Ok, so it locked up patching youtube, at the point of "Modding PlayerActivity". I'm running BBv0.2.1.
Option "1" (Pull files to origi_app)
Option "2" (Pull files to origi_frame)
Option "15" (Advance Menu)
Option "3" (setup xU for already deodexed roms)
Option "8" youtube...
since i'm running 2.2 i guess this won't work? Only options are clock removal and color for now?
EDIT: On top of these problems, I have hard deleted Pandora & Facebook, reinstalled them from the market, and still getting the error like they aren't from the market. Am I doing something wrong, or could this be a compatability issue with 2.2?
The only tested options for froyo "ATM" are deodex, clock color, clock remove. because pandora and other programs have been updated (including youtube, which has the hq builtin now) i have not updated the rest of xu for current software. When I get more time I will release a new version/new features xU soon
Ok, appreciate it. I'll keep an eye out for the updates.
Xeudoxus, these tools are a life saver.. thank you!
The Remove Clock option does not appear to work.
I'm using ChevyNo1's froyo rom and have done the patch (using the "set up xU for already Deodexed phones" option) "Remove Clock". It does its thing with no errors, gets copied back to the phone, asks me to reboot, I reboot and the clock is still there.
However, when I try to run the patch again, it yells at me saying that I shouldn't mod already modded files. Any solution to this?
Ill check it out
Cool. thanks man!
Oh and this is the first time I've used xUltimate, but it looks like a great set of tools!
it is a great set of tools
when is google going to hire X?
OMG TRANSPARENCY PATCH!
FIRST! (since I beat X to it)
Xeudoxus just keeps changing the game
Can't wait to see what everybody starts cooking up with this, I love me some transparency...
