A lot of people have been asking for a method to remove themes. Well, this file will work with any theme. It removes all themed apps (restores the stock versions), as well as removes any custom fonts and themed frameworks.

This should also help those who have removed stocks apps restore all of their stock apps in the case they want to do the OTA update to Froyo.

Requirements

-Rooted
-Have Droid X Recovery App

Instructions

-Download the following file: MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service
-Place it on the root of your sd card
-Launch Droid X Bootstrapper, bootstrap recovery, reboot recovery
-Navigate to 'install zip from sdcard'
-'Choose zip from sdcard'
-Find 'Fabolous_theme_killer.zip' and select it
-Press 'Yes'
-Reboot

You'll have to remove bloatware again, if you did so.

Thanks man! This is something several people are likely to need. I know I'm glad to have it available.

blur-res.apk not included in universal remover

FYI: There are themes (well, at least the one I was using) that also modify the blur-res.apk. This file is not included in your remover, and will bork the install of the 2.2 update if it remains modified.

I posted my blur-res.apk here for someone else. Just push it using adb or terminal emulator, not root explorer. It's a factory-perfect .apk pulled from my phone post-root, pre-theming/modding.

It does not remove all of black glass?

No. If you d/l the theme killer zip and you open the archive (I used 7zip) and look in /system/framework, the blur-res.apk file is not included. Minor oversight, I don't think Fabolous modified it for his themes. 928Droid's Black Glass, however, does. So if you run the theme killer, make sure you also put a stock blur-res.apk on there if you used Black Glass.
