With whatever sort of icon replacement app you prefer to use. I use Bettercut myself.

You can't use metamorph because MM only accesses apps in /system/app/ while the ones you download from market are in /data/app/.

Alright didn't know if I needed to buy an app or not........so when I go to install the icon pack (I've never used bettercut) I choose/check the themes for the apps I have? Like in metamorph?

Not exactly. You make new shortcuts on the homescreen and can choose the icon you want to use. You have to do it one at a time, its pretty boring and takes a long time. And it doesn't theme it within the drawer either.

Hopefully one of these days a dev will make a launcher that automatically lets you assign different icons to apps so that the change shows in drawer and on homescreens.

new icons look great.. not sure if i'm going to apply them yet or not.. froyo and mm are not agreeing, and it took long enough just to get the first pack back in order..

hmm, an update.zip would be really nice. not sure if it'd be possible though without re-theming apps..

once my photoshop quits acting up, i may try and make these slightly less transparent, i don't have any good backgrounds for these icons, lol

And i was really about to ask... why no MM? Can the xml be modified to apply the icons to apk's in /data/app instead of /system/app?

Because it breaks the signature and they won't function. If you want to use metamorph to theme apps you download, they have to be moved to system/app. That would also negate your update.zip thought.

Download folderorganizer from the market. Using that app, you can make new shortcuts for your homescreens that utilize these icons. Simple enough.

Made a couple myself that were missing that I use. Probably not exactly made the same way but they look the same to me next to the originals.

I dont use Mint but a different Money program so I made a generic "money" icon and I made a folder icon for "apps".

Love these icons. Any chance of getting Advanced Task Killer, Temp Monitor and WiFinder icons in red? I would do this myself if I knew how.
