Reinstall free Madden 12 after factory reset

Did a factory reset recently. Lock screen app may have caused the problem. Phone didn't seem to know how to turn back on. Anyway, since then, Madden 12 isn't on phone. This is the free app Verizon offered recently. The download is still on my phone in Astro, but I don't know how to make it executable. Thought I'd save myself a call to Verizon, because you guys will know! Thanks!

Press and hold the download file and it should present you with a pop up where you can select to install the application. Let us know if this helps.

I can't find it in my actual downloads. As far as I know, I can only access through my browser. I find it through Astro. Thank you.

Called Verizon about connection issues. As an afterthought, mentioned losing Madden. Rep gave me a credit so I could purchase "free." Now it's in my Google account, and I'll never lose it!
