Hey guys, I just got my refurbed phone from Asurion today and it's got a few issues.
The back, menu, home and search buttons glow purple instead of white and there's a few dead pixels in the bottom left corner of my screen. The physical keyboard also has almost no tension behind it when you press the keys so I get a lot of double-pressing of letters and additional letters helping me misspell my messages.
Do I have a case to get my phone replaced with a new, fresh unit instead of another refurbished unit? I don't want another piece of crap because I know how these phones are supposed to be and this one is just a bad apple.
