I have rooted from 2.2 Froyo and have Bugless V6 and i recently reformatted the phone and deleted user info and cache but after i turn on the phone the phone gets stuck on the Boot screen the droid X's eye and some time it gets passed and gets to the android but when i continue on when it gets to the last screen it says something like Android set up failed or w.e

    So i have two question

    1. How do i fix it?

    2. Would the phone automatically load into my gmail account and have all my numbers and stuff?

sorry after reading this its kinda confusing even thought i wrote it.

So like i said before the phone was working perfectly fine but i decided to do a factory reset so i went to settings and clicked on the factory reset. and afterwards i went into the spb recovery and i deleted the user cache and data. and after i rebooted the phone. It gets stuck on the Boot screen on the part where it shows the droid X's eyes.

And sometimes randomly it gets pass that and goes to the android set up logo. And when it skips the phone number activation and goes straight to how to use virtual key board and etc... Google set up and etc.. but on the last screen it stops the process and it says something like Android set up failed or w.e.

So now my two questions are

    1. How do i fix it? Do i have to reflash it? or unroot it?

    2. Would my contacts and my previous information be still on the phone?

If anyone can answer one or both questions please post...thank youuuuu =]
