To set a custom icon, you would long press the current icon in you dock and when the box pops up select change icon. Then you would pick custom icon, and pick your icon fro your gallery or wherever.

I just realized i didnt ask my entire question i ment how to change the color of the icons and is there any way to change the color of the pull down menu?

And I will post some pictures when I am done.

It can be done, but I don't know how to, sorry. If you were to change themes it would change the icons.
