Screenshots in recovery (or any where as long the adb daemon is running): in the android SDK there is a utility called ddms. It's how I take all my screenshots. It allows you get shots via USB.

RE: my quickness... I was home sick today so I got to work uninterrupted.

    Glad you all like it.

Only other things I have planned are custom colors and update.zips from folders on the SD.

Then it will pretty much done. Oh and maybe selective clockwork restores (allow restoration of only part or a backup)

Outstanding! You will make GLD very happy. And in the end, isn't that the only reason any of us are here....?! ;)

Any list of roms that are compatible with this. I wanna flash this but I want to make sure that the stuff I like flashing is compatible. Also there is some options that I am unfamiliar with in this recovery so I guess I will just stay clear and do what I know. So let me get this right. DL zip/ get into cw/ chose zip in sd/ install zip/ reboot and this should be my recovery? After that no more rom manager? just reboot into recovery?

Everything that you can flash with spr or clockwork you can flash in rzr. This includes update.zips, rom.tgz. you can also restore spr & clockwork backups but only make SPR style backups. (They are much faster and directly editable)

Rom manager will not do anything once you leave clockwork. Spr & rzr are meant to stay out of your face until you need them :)

I must say , between PE 4.2 and this, this has been a great time for the good old D1. SPR has served me well since '09. Welcome to 2011.
    Thank you sir !

OMG, while I disagree with HK's statement about everyone wanting just to please me (really? HK? really? LOL), he's right that this will make me VERY HAPPY!! I have everything organized by devs in folders on my SD card, so the only thing holding me back on RZR is the ability to flash update zips from folders. You GO RZ!!!! dancedroiddancedroiddancedroid

I too will add that this recovery is very nice. Even with the inability to flash from individual folders at this point, it is a giant leap forward. Case in point, folks who like to flash new kernels. Now you can have your current kernel sitting alongside one you want to test, ready for flashing at the sd card root. If your new one gives you a boot loop, just pop back to recovery and flash the old (tested and used) one without the need for a nandroid backup recovery install. All possible because you can leave the kernel name with the oc slot descriptor (not forced to name everything update.zip). Just one example....
