    I can't get bootstrap to boot into recovery. Anyone know of any issues?

    used it plenty with no issues getting into recovery...

    1) are you *sure* you're rooted? (other apps getting su permissions OK?)
    2) run bootstrap to apply bootstrap immediately before booting into recovery and see if that works (should give you a success notification, if it doesn't, try it again. if it doesn't flash it properly, then try uninstalling and re-downloading the app altogether)
    3) does the app have su permissions?
    4) what happens (exactly) when you try to boot into recovery using bootstrap?
