What are the pros cons of running cwr vs rzrecovery? I'm currently using cwr are there any benefits to running rzrrcovery?

To add to this I know that RZR says something about the cache wipe may take a long time on GB, my question is whether or not CMR wipes the cache the same way since it has not been updated and whether or not it means it could leave behind data

It feels like RZR is quicker wiping things and doing a nandroid backup.

In rzrecovery you can charge your battery, cwr you can't
Rzr you can overclock in recovery (makes installing faster and backup and restore faster)
Rzr also just has more options in general, in fact basically only good thing about clockwork is you can install with rom manager
