Recovering Old Files

My phone's display recently stopped working so I uploaded all of the folder files from the phone's internal storage and the memory card. I would like to recover my information saved on "colornote", and my tagsfrom shazam and soundhound. I lost the memory card so now all I have is the files on my computer but I cannot open them due to the file formats. Any suggestions to recover this information?

Welcome to the droid forums... I don't think you can.. but I'm not sure. Did you ever get a replacement phone? If so, move the files onto that device. You should be good to go... but don't quote me.. I'm sure someone who knows will be along ..
