1. You want that $100.00 in your pocket or an Amazon Fire TV don't you? Well here's the deal. With our new updated look we are in desperate need of an updated logo. The 'old' one has certainly served us well, but it's time. Find all the details here: bit.ly/1q0k6Wa

I use nandroid backup and astro, I\'ve done backups for both. I just installed Simply Stunning over Smoked Glass, I want to import all my apps from my previous backup, what folders/files do I need to move?

    Thanks

If you went from 2.1 to 2.1 then you should have not emptied /DATA.
If you went from 2.1 to 2.1 do this:
    1. Nandroid restore your previous backup but ONLY select the /DATA partition. Uncheck /SYSTEM, etc. check /DATA.
    2. This should restore all your apps, settings, etc.

If you went from 2.0 to 2.1, DO NOT DO THE ABOVE

If you went from 2.0 to 2.1, Do this:
    1. restore your entire 2.0 backup (yes, retreat, retreat)
    2. download titanium backup from market
    3. backup all your apps with titanium backup
    4. re-upgrade to SG6 NOT including DATA (can't from 2.0 to 2.1)
    5. get titanium backup from market
    6. restore all your apps

If you just want your apps back, and don't care about data associated with them...which most of them do not have anyways, you can go back into Astro, tools, and restore what you backed up. Astro only backs up the install files. This way you don't have to go download them all again. It doesn't back up data associated with each app. When you restore with Astro you are just reinstalling all your apps again. The plus side is now those install files are on the card and not on the phone, which saves some space on the phone storage side of things.

If you want data then you do have do as the post above by gavron suggested, revert to smoked glass and back up your data with Titanium, a free backup tool from the market then go back to SS.
