recovering an x after a failed rom flash

i have a droid X that is stuck in a boot loop and now the battery is to low to charge to reflash from an sbf what are my options ?

Get a charger that will charge the battery while it is out of the phone.

Borrow a fully charged battery.

Buy a new battery and ask them to charge it.

Update the phone had a defective screen getting a replacement Tuesday new battery wouldn't solve the issue
