Razr Maxx vs. Raxr Maxx HD

What is the difference between Maxx & Maxx HD other than speed (don't need). Does it have the same battery life?

I've had all three, by far the best of the bunch is the MAXX HD. Better reception/radios, better screen for a half blind one eyed old coot, better battery life. Free versus 99 bucks I would pony up. (Through my experiences), If you're in a strong 4g area these points may be moot.

If it's not HD it might as well be a newspaper.

Maxx HD has better battery life than Maxx? How so? Please elaborate.

I've used all 3 razrs the same way, same apps etc. The HD manages about 6 hours more average as recorded by gsam. More efficient on the inner workings. I get 2 days 4 hours now, I do let my phone set all weekend which bumps up the average. But still be hard pressed to kill it in a day unless I played a graphic demanding game.

If it's not HD it might as well be a newspaper.
