    I got the new RAZR M last week and have been pretty happy with it until today. I plugged it in to charge and was checking on the charging. My home screen keeps cycling through different notices stating Unfortunately Email has stopped, Unfortunately Calender Storage has stopped, Unfortunately Homepage has stopped" etc. It doesnt matter how many times I hit the OK button they keep cycling through. I cannot get into the phone to get to settings or to clear cache anything like that. I have reboot the phone multiple times by doing the power and volume down buttons but it reboots and starts the process all over gain. How can this be fixed. I have read posts about clearing cache and such but I cannot get into the phone to get to any menus.

    HELP please!

    Factory. Verizon had to factory reset my phone

    Did the factory reset that VZW completed fix the problem?

    So far it has. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced this problem, because VZW said they never saw that with this phone. I hope it doesnt occur again. Also as a follow up question, I have my gmail set up on my phone but added another AOL account. I cannot change the AOL account to check every 15 minutes. It is set at push but it my gmail isnt receiving the mail.

    Welcome aboard. Your situation isn't unique. I was in vzw yesterday and there was a couple of people in there with the same issue.
